Onshore and Offshore Drilling

CWL’s Drilling Division owns and manages both onshore and offshore drilling rigs. We have successfully alongside with our partners completed offshore drilling projects in various part of the World.

From well engineering to completion, our Drilling Division provides integrated solutions that enable clients to achieve their operational goals in the most efficient and economic manner. Our Zero Tolerance HSE Policy – integrated into every facet of every project – ensures the continuation of our excellent safety record.

Our activities include drilling barges, Swamp and Land rigs and a joint venture with our technical partner HILONG OIL SERVICE AND ENGINEERING, which owns and operates a fleet of more than various lands, Swamp and Jack up rigs all over the world.

We own and manage both onshore and offshore drilling rigs. We have also refurbished and updated several jack-up rigs for which we had drilling management contracts.

CHASEWOOD Drilling aims to stand out in all its activities by delivering maximised uptime and drilling efficiency, high level of safety and an optimum working environment.

Our drilling operation covers:
• Directional Drilling
Our expert directional drillers and proven technologies provide the route control needed to drill the well correctly, the high-quality hole required to successfully run and cement casing, and the precise well placement to optimize production and maximize recovery. Our LWD and MWD services provide high-quality data to enable time-critical decisions for accurate drilling of extended-reach, horizontal, vertical, and complex directional wells and sidetracks.
MWD (Measurements While Drilling & LWD (Logging While Drilling) – we have high quality data for geosteering and formation evaluation delivered at real-time data transmission rates that meet industry standard in terms of increased ROP, improved wellbore stability, hole quality, and optimized well placement for maximum production.

• Mud Logging
our mud logging, arm focuses on drilling support and formation evaluation applying decision-ready information about well status is helping to drill better wells more efficiently. This includes the use of timely and more accurate information on reservoir fluid composition, revealing reservoir connectivity and compartmentalization, and guiding critical decisions.

• Solids Control & Management
we work to optimize drilling efficiencies by reducing fluid losses, HSE impact, and cost. We have a capabilities to deploy specific cost-effective technologies include shakers, screens, and centrifuges, as well as vacuums and pneumatic conveyance systems to deliver maximum separation efficiency, high-efficiency solids removal, lower costs, reduced dilution rates and optimum HSE performance.
